COVID-19 Vaccine Update + AstraZeneca

Current eligibility for the COVID vaccine is ONLY age-based for the public. There are currently no exceptions for special populations or those with pre-existing conditions.

The AstraZeneca shot is being provided currently through a pilot program for people aged 60-64 (born between 1957 and 1961). It is being offered in primary care settings in Hamilton, Peel Region, Simcoe-Muskoka, Peterborough, Guelph and Toronto. Halton is not a part of this pilot program. Unfortunately, I will not be able to provide you with the vaccine at this time. There are also pharmacies in Kingston, Toronto and Windsor that are providing the vaccine.
